How it works
-
Get to know me
Begin with a complimentary intro call. We’ll discuss your family’s sleep challenges, answer your questions, and explore whether my personalised support is the right fit for you.
-
Assessment
You will complete an assessment form and 4 day sleep log. This will give me a clear understanding of your family's sleep patterns and challenges.
-
Consultation
During our consultation, we'll go through your personalised plan together, answer any questions you have, and address any concerns so you feel fully supported moving forward.
Please note: Sleep Foundations (Newborn–4 months) and Sleep Solutions Consultations are standalone sessions and do not include ongoing support after the consultation.
-
Ongoing Support
Once we begin your personalised sleep plan, I’ll provide ongoing guidance, reassurance, and practical support throughout your sleep journey via WhatsApp, voice notes, or email — whichever suits you best.
Little Dreams. Peaceful Slumber.
FAQs
-
No. There are many other sleep support options available to suit you and your child. ‘Cry it out’ will never be recommended by me.
-
Full sleep support is developmentally appropriate for babies from around 4 months onwards, as their sleep patterns begin to mature and become more predictable.
-
Many families notice improvements within 3–7 days, while others may need 2–3 weeks for consistent results. Progress depends on consistency, your baby's temperament, age, and any underlying sleep challenges.
-
If your baby is unwell, it's important to put their comfort and recovery first. Short-term setbacks are a normal part of your child's sleep journey. I will guide you on how to navigate this.
-
I take the time to understand your parenting values, your child's temperament, and your family's routine before creating a personalised sleep plan.

-
Absolutely. Many families come to me after trying different approaches and feeling unsure about what to do next. We’ll take the time to understand what you’ve tried, what challenges came up, and what may not have worked for your child’s individual needs.
